Nato Senior Leadership Programme
On the 15-19 Jun 09, the Leadership and Management Division held the 3rd Nato Senior Leadership Programme on behalf of the Allied Command Transformation.
We hosted 18 individuals from various Nato countries including Spain, Romania and USA for an intensive four and half days. The aim of the programme is to enhance leadership at the corporate level across Nato and covers four main topic areas; Reflection, Creating the Climate, Information Age and Change & Looking Forward.
