Systems Engineering Defence Capability

Cranfield University is now taking applications for the Systems Engineering Defence Capability programme (MSc/PgDip and PgCert), commencing September 2010.

A number of the core modules are also available as accredited short courses. The programme is MOD funded for Service personnel and Civil Servants only.  These applicants will have to attend an interview to confirm their suitability for the programme and to secure MOD funding.  In addition, they will need their employer’s agreement to attend the residential modules and agree to meet any T&S costs.  Any other applicants will be classed as ‘Complimentary Business’ and charges will be applicable.

This is an accredited course, delivered by Cranfield University and can lead to an MSc degree.

Courses are open to both military and civilian personnel who are suitably qualified (a First or Second-Class Honours degree in an appropriate subject together with relevant experience). The intention is to enable applicants to expand their knowledge and hence their future employability by investing in their personal development.
