Contact a Colleague
The system allows Cormorant Club members to contact their erstwhile colleagues securely, without revealing information to others.
How it works
- Log-in, using the link below. Logging in, requires own surname, course/course number, and e-mail address, all of which will then be verified by the system.
- Logging in successfully takes you to Step 2 (the Email Form) which prompts you to enter your Name and email address. This information will be passed to the colleague to be contacted.
- Pick the course/course number the colleague was on from the drop-down list.
- Enter the member's surname and first initial, finally followed by the message that you wish to send.
- Click Send to complete the message - the system will check for a person matching the Course, Surname and Initial you entered and if found, deliver your message in the format below (a "no email address could be found for that member" message is displayed in the event there is no match).
This message was generated from the Cormorant Club website.
Sqn Ldr A B Jones (pwe@none.com) wishes to get in touch with you.
They sent you the following message:
Hello old chum! Would like to get in contact. Please send me an email.
- It is then up to the "receiving" Cormorant member to respond. Nothing is written to the Cormorant Club database, and no data is ever revealed to the Web.
