Change of Command at the Joint Services Command and Staff College
On Thursday 27 August the staff and students of the Joint Services Command and Staff College gathered to say farewell to Rear Admiral Neil Morisetti CB BSc as he handed over to Major General Graham Binns CBE DSO MC.

Admiral Morisetti was presented with his 2-Star Command pennants and escorted to the main entrance where he was presented with a Field Gun carriage as his mode of transport from the college. The Field Gun, previously used as part of the Royal Tournament Field Gun Competition was loaned to the College for the occasion from HMS Collingwood. Under the watchful eye of the College Warrant Officer, members of the staff and student body then took charge to take the Admiral on his last journey from the college as Commandant. He leaves to join the MOD / FCO as their new Climate and Energy Security Envoy.
