Defence Technical Officer and Engineer Entry Scheme - DTOEES Squadron on exercise

DTOEES provides education and support to students preparing for a career as an engineer or technical officer in to the armed forces or MOD Civil Service.

Consisting of a purpose built sixth form college and four University squadrons, the Scheme provides academic support to students alongside adventurous training and sporting opportunities with the aim of promoting personal development and leadership.

Aiming to produce the brightest and best Officers joining the Armed Forces through academic and sporting excellence, the Scheme is an excellent proposition for anyone considering a career in Defence.

Taurus Take on Tough Guy 2012

On Sunday the 29th of January, a team of 22 bursars and ISDOs from Taurus Squadron travelled to complete the notorious “Tough Guy Challenge” at Mr Mouse’s farm, Wolverhampton. The course, claimed to be the hardest assault course on the planet, consists of between 8 and 10 miles of cross country run with obstacles, the most challenging of which - including deep water, heights, fire and electricity - are in the final 3 miles.
