To create a photo gallery, you have to upload each image individually, which takes ages on DII.  I recognise the value in making people select images for upload and title them, but realistically we wont have photo galleries if its too difficult.  Could we maybe go for a halfway option - perhaps a table with a space to choose 1 photo (with associated browse button), then a box for the title, all repeated on 10 lines.  That way you could go through and choose 10 photos to upload and then click a button to set it in motion, rather than waiting for it to upload one, then selecting the next and waiting again, etc.

There is an 'upload files' option within folders, but this uses Java so I'd imagine DII blocks it...  if available you'll see the link amongst the 'editing' tabs at the top of the view.
