Please can we add the following functionality to sign-up sheets:

1. Ability to authorise other users to see the detailed list of attendees (i.e. by clicking the green 'attendees' tab at the top) - currently if you are not the event organiser, you get the insufficient privilidges page.

2. For a Pan-DTUS event you can only remove individuals from the eventif they are your own Sqn, you need to be able to remove anyone.

3. Increase the information available about attendees to include rank and service number.
