Ex Trojan Dragon
Over the Bank Holiday weekend 3-6 May 10 bursars from Trojan Squadron, joined by an additional ex-DTOEES Officer, travelled down from Newcastle to Snowdonia National Park in order to conduct a rock climbing exercise.
Rugby Honours
Two Typhoon bursars have received National honors in rugby union. 21/4/13 and 25/4/13.
Newcastle Stampede
Trojan Squadron assembled for an afternoon of water filled tunnels, muddy ditches along with burdens of all shapes and sizes.
Ex Typhoon Sea Biscuit
A weeks horse riding course with Warminster Saddle Club.

Another gruelling session of Battle PT, this time on Blyth Beach.
Ex LEADER BULL
On the second and the third of February the Taurus Second Platoon undertook Ex Leader Bull. An Exercise designed to test and improve our leadership through a series of lectures and tasks found to be quite enjoyable.
Taurus Sqn Bursars support Hire A Hero Kilimanjaro training weekend.
On the 25th January myself, OCdt Crisp and OCdt Milton went to North Wales to support the first training weekend for the Hire a Hero Kilimanjaro expedition that will be taking place in the summer.
Taurus does Tough Guy
Taurus Squadron entered a team of 28 bursars and ISDOs in the physically demanding obstacle course – Tough guy. The event took place on Sunday 27th January at “Mr Mouse’s Farm” in Wolverhampton. The Tough Guy course included a 6-mile cross-country run followed by a 4-mile assault course named “The Killing fields”.
Silverstone Half Marathon
A 13.1 mile road race around the internationally renowned motor racing track.
Exercise Typhoon Land Ranger
The first of three weekends of mountaineering around the UK.
