Thunderer Sqn honoured those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for their country.

On Sunday 13 Nov, Thunderer Squadron honoured those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice by taking part in the Southampton City Remembrance Parade.  105 personnel from the Squadron marched in the parade and a wreath was laid at the city Cenotaph by the Commanding Officer, Cdr Adrian Wheal RN.

At the same time, a small contingent of bursars and staff conducted a short remembrance ceremony at the HMS Thunderer Memorial at the Clayhall Cemetery (part of the old Royal Haslar Hospital) and laid a wreath to remember the souls lost aboard the Squadron's predecessor during a boiler explosion.
