The Military Knowledge Help Desk is located at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom. The primary task of the Help Desk is to provide second line support to students and mentors.
The Help Desk is manned during normal UK working hours and is able to receive emails and fax messages out of hours.
Opening hours are: 0900 - 1700 Mon - Thur
0900 - 1600 Fri
The Help Desk provides the following functions:
- Student administration — approve students for MK courses, create DLP accounts when required. Issue usernames and passwords to Students.
- Technical advice on online capability.
- Support on issues concerning Military Knowledge Courses and summative assessments.
- Point of contact for feedback.
