The ISO course is classroom-based and includes: lectures, syndicate exercises, IT exercises, case studies, presentations from visiting IM practitioners and informal discussions.

- Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, Authenticity, Non-repudiation (CIA-AN).
• Legal and regulatory issues
• IM in an Operational context
