The DSLP provides an opportunity for participants to assess their performance as a leader and manager, exploring the challenges they will face leading in the strategic environment, irrespective of their current employment area.
Suitable For
All one-star officers/ SCS level serving in the MOD.

To enhance strategic Leadership and management at both the corporate and strategic level across defence.
