Course Objectives
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
- Identify and describe the stages of the MOD's acquisition life cycle and explain how each stage contributes to the acquisition process;
- List and explain the functions of an Integrated Project Team;
- Explain the basic principles of project planning;
- Describe the Acquisition Operating Framework and explain its use in the acquisition process;
- List the MOD support organisations which can assist an IPT in the acquisition process and describe the roles that they play;
- Explain the various roles that Industry can play in the defence acquisition process.
