  • Conduct project planning.
  • Apply quality management.
  • Manage a small IS development.
  • Manage a small IS service delivery function.
  • State how an existing system supports business processes.
  • Recommend incremental improvements to both system and process.
  • Contribute to establishing the data requirements for IS systems models of software engineering
  • List systems ergonomics factors.
  • Using ITIL state elements of Service Management.
  • State principles of SLAs and CSAs.

Accreditation/Assessment

No formal end of course examinations although students will receive formative tests with feedback throughout the course.
