Lean Awareness - LA

This course provides staff with little or no previous knowledge or understanding of the subject with a high level overview of lean thinking and its methodology. Using a mix of presentations and practical exercises it will highlight the benefits that can be obtained by using lean in the workplace, and introduce delegates to the lean principles.

Suitable For

All MOD staff that require a high level understanding of lean. This course is also open to Industry and other government departments. Please note that this course can be run for individual teams, and can be tailored to address their specific business issues (with input from local SME’s).

To provide delegates with an understanding of lean thinking and how it can benefit the business.
