How to Apply for Courses

Course contact details and application forms can be found on the course overview pages.

Whether you make a booking using HRMS, telephone or application form, please ensure all your contact details are correct on HRMS/JPA.

E-booking using HRMS

Please check the course details to see if HRMS booking applies.

To book, logon to HRMS > Employee Self Service > Training and Development > Training and Development Plan > Add New Need.

Before applying for a course, your Training Need must be entered on your Personal Training and Development Plan. Once this has been done you can then search the Training Catalogue and enrol on the relevant course. You can browse the Training Catalogue at any time to see the courses available.

Telephone Booking

Due to the diverse geographical locations of our training centres and the large number of courses in our portfolio, all our courses are grouped and administered by specialist teams with the requisite knowledge to help you with your queries.

For all course bookings and availability, please contact the relevant course admin office using the contact numbers displayed on the eProspectus course descriptions. You can also use these numbers to amend or cancel a booking.

For all other enquiries please complete an online enquiry form.

Application Forms

Application forms for specific courses can be found within the course description.
