About this course

A practical course using syndicate exercises to consolidate understanding of the quality audit process from planning and conducting to report writing. It is suitable as an introduction or as a refresher.  Over the 2 days the course looks at auditing definitions, processes, types of audit and the reasons why they are conducted.  It looks at planning and preparation, including check-lists and then conduct of an audit, from the perspective of being audited and as the auditor. Finally the course looks at recording and reporting findings, including observations and non-conformity.
