About this course

This course is led by AFCC staff and outside consultants to enable theological reflection and exploration of vocation beyond military chaplaincy.  It is endorsed by the Sending Churches and intends to ensure that military chaplains are not prejudiced in the transition process.

The course runs every other year.

the recruitment and appointment processes of civilian churches
the nuances of translating military chaplaincy experience into civilian ministry
preparation of a CV
review of interview and presentational skills
