Religious Resilience - Christian Retreats - BH504

Armed Forces Chaplaincy Centre
3 days - residential

About this course

The principal aims in going on retreat are to have the opportunity to stop, listen, reflect, pray and share so that we see with new eyes, think with new minds, so that even though we have to go back into the very same situations, the same set of circumstances, the same roles, responsibilities and relationships that we left behind to come to the place of retreat, we do so having been given space and time to reflect and, perhaps, change inside.

What you will learn

The object of this retreat is to:
  • provide a guided and structured time to help get everything back in place
  • to clear any distorted views you may have
  • to allow you time and space to pray and get everything in your life, both work and personal, into perspective
  • a renewed sense of direction
  • a renewed sense of perspective to bring you to a place where true priorities are reordered
