A practical course using syndicate exercises to consolidate learning set in the context of MOD acquisition contracts for equipment and services. The course starts by considering the quality aspects of preparing a requirement with reference to a quality management plan and MOD acquisition system guidance. It focuses on setting quality conditions within a request for contract action, contract amendments and quality concessions. The course is designed from the perspective of MOD project teams but provides useful awareness and insight for MOD suppliers and contractors.
