About this course

Set against a MOD context but with broader cross-government applicability, the course considers how the department manages money internally before making links to other key functions, including Treasury and National Audit Office.  The course is designed to encourage participation, promoting discussion and debate and forms part of the Defence Strategic Series comprising Defence Strategic Support Management, Defence Strategic Portfolio and Programme Management and the Defence Strategic Finance Programme.
