About this course

This workshop will complement and extend your knowledge which you will have gained from the pre-requisite online course covering procurement training solutions within integrated logistics support (ILS) and the training needs analysis process.

It is a mandatory element of the ILS licence for MOD employees.

  • to examine the process for assessing the training requirements for a project’s outcome
  • the different roles of a requirements authority and a provider
  • to apply training needs analysis principles in a project
