About this course
The first course in a blended package, it provides an understanding of the knowledge, skills and processes needed to manage defence contracts through their lifecycle. It covers basic contracting principles and an overview of contract law, producing a requirements document, tendering, assessment and award, and managing closure. Set in a MOD project and contracting environment, the principles examined have wider applicability for non-MOD employees.
