About this course

This workshop considers the key elements required to sustain and support military equipment In-Service and the need to manage cross-functionally to ensure organisational performance. The course aims to:
provide knowledge about the integrated and coordinated effort required to ensure that products used by the armed forces are available as and when needed.
broaden thinking in order to allow individuals to consider the issues relevant to their area of work, so that they are better placed to undertake their duties and deliver value for money In-Service.
Applications will close 2 weeks prior to course start.
What you will learn
You will learn about the wide range of issues involved in ensuring that customer requirements can be met efficiently and effectively throughout the life of a product to ensure that equipment is available, wherever and whenever it’s needed. This includes supply chain management, managing obsolescence, managing suppliers and driving continuous improvement.
