A practical workshop built around an interactive case study that practices the skills needed for stakeholder analysis, project and critical path planning, risk analysis, management and identifying/controlling project resources. The workshop is part of a suite of MOD courses leading to Association of Project Management professional qualifications.
You will learn to:
- conduct stakeholder analysis and establish their respective success criteria
- plan a project and identify its critical path
- perform a risk analysis and manage risks
- allocate and control project resource
Project management is an essential organisational process to help set clear goals and manage time, cost, performance more efficiently. You will need to have completed modules 1-11 on the APMOLT.
