About this course

A practical course using syndicate exercises to practice and consolidate learning that focuses on analysis of organisational outputs to design appropriate quality processes to support them.  The course is set against a MOD acquisition context but has wider applicability from the perspective of defence industry.  It examines the content of the Government Quality Assurance framework document and introduces the role of the government quality assurance representative and how these are applied to contractual relationships with MOD suppliers. For MOD employees this is a prerequisite an element of the MOD Quality Assurance Licencing Scheme. The syllabus is based around MOD Quality competences.

What you will learn

reference and apply MOD quality policies and the government quality assurance framework document.
task a government quality assurance representative.

For non or new quality assurance staff - Quality Assurance Awareness course. For existing quality assurance staff, there are no prerequisites.
