About this course

The course explains how sustainable principles are applied in project procurement in order to minimise environmental impacts.  The course defines sustainable development and its importance, including the UK government’s commitment to the issue. Set against a context of the MOD’s acquisition project environment, the principles of the course have wider applicability to non-MOD employees involved in procurement of goods or services.
