About this course

This course considers the responsibilities required of the project team to ensure the effective delivery and management of a support solution in-service. You will consolidate and extend your knowledge of integrated logistics support (ILS) information management and management of change gained in the ILS In-Service On-line training.

What you will learn

You will learn:
  • the factors that need to be considered in a project environment to enable effective in-service support management of a system to ensure that it continues to achieve its required level of capability
  • the implications of in-service change on the configuration management and supportability of a product

How will this course help my career?

It will consolidate practitioner level knowledge in a fundamental area of ILS. 

It is a mandatory course for technical through life support (TTLS) staff in DE&S who wish to obtain the TTLS Skills Certificate 2.

Before you attend

You must have completed the ILS – Engineering Analysis Techniques course and the ILS In-Service Support Online Training.
