About this course
This course provides an appreciation for the Earned Value concept and emphasises how performance measurement techniques can be a valuable management tool. Set in a context of MOD projects, it has wider applicability to non MOD employees.
What you will learn
By the end of the course you will be able to explain the benefits of using Earned Value Management to control a project and to ascertain schedule and cost performance of a project using simple calculations.
