About this course

A practical workshop built around an interactive case study that practices the skills needed for stakeholder analysis, project and critical path planning, risk analysis, management and identifying/controlling project resources.  The workshop is part of a suite of MOD courses leading to Association of Project Management professional qualifications.

What you will learn

You will learn to:
  • conduct stakeholder analysis and establish their respective success criteria
  • plan a project and identify its critical path
  • perform a risk analysis and manage risks
  • allocate and control project resource
