About this course

This course aims to provide you with the framework to enhance your strategic leadership performance and understand the challenges of leadership at the strategic level.

You will be encouraged, along with staff to take a critical review of leadership models and how to address negative traits such as toxic leadership.  You will be expected to openly express independent critical judgement with regards problems and solutions.

You will learn to enhance strategic leadership and management at the corporate/strategic level across defence and the wider security sector.

Security and restrictions

The course is allocated to specific countries by Defence Engagement Strategy, Ministry of Defence (MOD) through the Forward Allocation baseline for forthcoming years.  Bids should be submitted through respective Defence Attachés or International Policy and Planning (IPP)/Wider Europe Policy (WEP) Desk Officers.

Before you attend

You will need to be International English Language Testing System (IELTS) level 5.5 if English is not your first language.
