The APM are the chartered body for the project profession and as such a qualification awarded by them is much sought after by those in the profession.
The assessment will test your knowledge across a range of topics in the APM syllabus and has been designed to be a robust assessment of knowledge to ensure readiness for the APM PMQ (BoK7) exam. The assessment consists of 65 randomly selected questions covering the PMQ syllabus. A pass is achieved by attaining an overall pass mark of 80%. You will have 90 minutes to complete it.
If you fail, you will not be able to re-attempt it for 48-hours. The mandatory assessment is used by the Defence Academy as a pre-requisite for enrolling on the APM Exam Preparation course. This approach has been found to enhance candidate pass rates significantly.
