What you will learn
Line Management Fundamentals is an online course which will provide you, as line managers of MOD civilian staff, with an overview of the policy, rules and guidance, and where to access them.
This course is accessible online through the Defence Learning Environment (DLE) with a knowledge confirmation test to attain a certificate of completion.
You will gain knowledge of:
- the role of a civil servant
- leave and working patterns
- absence and attendance management
- recruitment and redeployment
