About this course

The course uses case studies, syndicate discussion, peer activity and experiential activity to consolidate learning and prior knowledge.

It considers the relationship between commercial strategy and contract management, commercial risk, relationship management, incentivisation and contract administration.

Set against an MOD context, the principles discussed are broader and you will be invited to contextualise aspects of learning to your work area. It is part of a suite of MOD courses designed to assist commercial officers' progress from awareness to expert level, but has wider applicability to non-MOD and wider government employees.
