It examines technical aspects of contract management including planning, implementation, performance, interventions, change, mining, close-out and lessons and emphasises the use of tools and techniques to measure, enforce and remedy contract performance.
The course follows closely the MOD contract management handbook but its principles have wider applicability.
By the end of this course you will be able to undertake effective contract management.
