*Module 1 is focused on Leading Self. Understanding yourself, and how you react and make decisions under stress is a critical element of effective leadership. In addition to focused academia on emotional intelligence and meta-cognition, delegates are requested to use 2 psychometric tools: a 360° assessment and a personality questionnaire to assist the self-awareness process - the outputs from which are further explored in one-to-one executive coaching sessions throughout the programme
*Module 2 delves into influence and motivation. It encourages delegates to think deeply about how to lead individuals, construct authentic narratives and build effective relationships with their teams. Through a process of shared enquiry, delegates will also offer their own experiences of leadership, providing a greater understanding of the opportunities and challenges across the MOD
*Module 3 is focused on the strategic leader. In this module academia and organisation design practitioners will provide an insight into tools and systems that can be used to complement the leadership aims and strategic objectives of your organisations. Facilitated discussion with delegates will continue to develop a broad understanding of Defence and the complex challenges faced by its leaders
This course will provide personal and professional development to further enhance your leadership skills.
