This course considers the responsibilities required of the delivery team to ensure the effective support and sustainment of an In-Service capability.
You will learn about the major activities surrounding in-service support. These include:
- obsolescence management
- logistic information management
- supply chain management
- support system improvement
This course will consolidate practitioner level knowledge in a fundamental area of integrated logistic support (ILS). It is applicable to anyone who works in, or is interested in, the defence support environment, and is a mandatory course for Technical Through Life Support (TTLS) staff in DE&S who wish to obtain the TTLS Practitioner Certificate.
