This course forms the first element of a 2-part blended learning package and focuses on the training needs analysis process.
You will examine the process for assessing the training requirements for a project’s outcome and the different roles of a requirements authority and a provider.
It is set against a MOD project environment and MOD training policy but the principles have wider applicability to non-MOD employees and suppliers.
It provides the pre-requisite learning to attend the MOD’s integrated logistics support (ILS) training management and TNA workshop and is a mandatory element of the ILS licence for MOD employees.
You will learn how to apply training needs analysis principles in a project environment.
This blended package consolidates practitioner level knowledge in a fundamental area of integrated logistics support.
