To provide you with an awareness and the tools to promote mental fitness and resilience in order to optimise individual performance and wellbeing.

To assist attainment of the knowledge and practical skills to manage everyday experiences of mild to moderate stress and build psychological resilience thereby better preparing you to meet the physical, emotional and psychological challenges inherent throughout defence as articulated in the Defence People and Training Strategy.
