The course is split into bite-size modules covering the various aspects on Planning, Budgeting and Finance, In-Year Management (PBF IYM).
It looks at how the system is used to allow you to increase your working knowledge of the tool as well as those tools that interact.
It shows how to forecast general expenditure, support costs, manpower, provisions, risk and assets for both core and operations in the forecasting model. It also demonstrates how to budget transfer in the budgeting model.
By the end of this course you will be able to:

*understand the different tabs
*understand how to profile and budget and a budget transfer
*understand how to manage and update manpower, risk, provision and assets
