The aim of the Senior Chaplains’ course is to explore the role of a senior chaplain. Through facilitation learning, the course is designed to consolidate existing skills in chaplaincy team leadership and management. The course will also consider the role of chaplaincy in the strategic future of Defence. Nomination will come from DCC Ops on appointment to a senior chaplain post.
