Cormorant Club Spring Reunion 2019

15 February 2019 / Categories: DA News and Events

Event date: 25/04/2019 18:00 - 20:30 Export event

The next Cormorant Club Spring Reunion at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) on Thursday 25 April 2019 at 1800-2030 hrs.

A hugely popular event, this year we are fortunate to have secured Professor John France (University of Swansea) as our guest speaker. His lecture, entitled ‘Getting Better?  Perspectives on Military History’, will be followed by a drinks and canapés reception and the opportunity to catch up with a range of fellow Cormorants.

This event is subsidised in full by your Club and so is open to (and free for) all members. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis but are limited so I urge you to book as soon as you can. Cormorant year group mini-reunions are positively encouraged so do provide us with your graduation year and those who are attending as part of your team for the evening.

The book will close on Thu 18 Apr 19 and attendance on the day will be restricted to those names on the guest-list.

Dress: Business attire

Location: RUSI, 61 Whitehall, London, SW1A 2ET

Please email to book your place(s) so that I can make the necessary arrangements.

While I have your attention, you might also like to peruse the most recent Cormorant Journal (Issue 21) which has also been sent in hard copy to all the new Cormorants of 2018.

So, dust off your Cormorant tie, brooch, cravat, bow tie, kilt, leggings, plus-fours, ‘active-wear’ or scarf  and come for some intellectual stimulation and a drink or two courtesy of your Cormorant Club at the Spring reunion at RUSI: The Committee looks forward to seeing you there!
