Defence Modelling and Simulation Briefing Day will take place on Tuesday 17 September 2019 at the Defence Academy, Shrivenham from 1000-1500.
This event will explain the purpose and remit of Defence Modelling and Simulation Coherence (DMaSC) and the Defence Simulation Centre (DSC) and is open to all military personnel and civil servants. This will be a good opportunity to learn more about Defence Modelling and Simulation (M&S), how it could benefit your team and to ask questions.
There will be an opportunity to see M&S equipment demonstrations, talk to SMEs, ask questions of the DMaSC and DSC teams, understand the growing role of M&S in defence and talk to some industry representatives.
The Briefing Day is an excellent chance to find out about the Modelling and Simulation Courses available at the Defence Academy which include an Introduction to Simulation (1 week), Simulation Employment Training (5 weeks) and a MSc which can be taken full time (1 year) or part time (up to 5 years). MSc modules can also be taken as standalone short university courses.
