This page contains information regarding the exam for Cyber Foundation Pathway (CFP) Module 6.

You should only book the exam once you are confident you have the skills to attempt the assessment. Please note that you are expected to have taken a minimum two week consolidation period between completing the module 6 course and sitting the exam. This is rigorously enforced.

You will also need to ensure that you have fully completed the exam pre-requisites before attending an exam session. Exact exam timings will be sent in joining instructions.

Before you attend

This course is the assessment phase which follows the CFP Module 6 course. The exam draws on the hands-on practical elements from the residential course. You can use your class notes to support your exam. 

You must have passed all other CFP assessments and attended the face-to-face course to attempt the CFP Module 6 assessment.

How you will be assessed

The Module 6 assessment is a two hour examination comprising both theoretical questions and practical demonstrations. You will be required to apply and evidence the skills and techniques covered during the residential course. Candidates are encouraged to bring their class notes to support their responses.
