About this course

This annual conference is for regular and reserve Royal Army Chaplain Department Chaplains during their time at CF4 level. Its focus is to resource and equip you at this level for regimental duty. 

What you will learn

The conference will provide you with vocational development, including spiritual and emotional health and resilience, and foster greater awareness of the wider defence context and its impact on chaplaincy delivery. Peer learning and networking will be key components of the conference.

This conference will develop your confidence, through reflective practice and sharing current chaplaincy experience. You will explore emerging areas of praxis and share resources to collaboratively shape this initial phase of chaplaincy.
