NATO Senior Chaplains Course

This course is for NATO chaplains with a focus on the seven areas of the UK Armed Forces Chaplaincy Competency Framework. The course covers:

•    military organisation and ethos
•    spiritual leadership
•    pastoral care
•    moral leadership and guidance
•    conduct personal military administration
•    vocation
•    chaplaincy on operations 

This is a unique course focused on developing your interoperability skills among NATO chaplains. 

What you will learn

You will learn/develop skills in:

spiritual resilience
leadership
strategic insight

The course will end with an exercise delivered by the Defence Experimentation and Wargaming Hub.

This course will give you a unique opportunity to interact with and learn alongside OF-5 NATO chaplains in a structured academic environment. You will return to your unit with a deeper understanding of strategy and leadership, and a practical understanding of interoperability.
