About this course

This course is for NATO chaplains with a focus on the seven areas of the UK Armed Forces Chaplaincy Competency Framework. The course covers:

•    military organisation and ethos
•    spiritual leadership
•    pastoral care
•    moral leadership and guidance
•    conduct personal military administration
•    vocation
•    chaplaincy on operations 

This is a unique course focused on developing your interoperability skills among NATO chaplains.

The course will end with an exercise delivered by the Defence Experimentation and Wargaming Hub.
