into a single place, and all are configured and cohered around the LEF’s three domains: Self, People, Organisation, 11 dimensions and 41 descriptors. Learners can self-enrol onto the LEP and gain automatic access to all leadership edge products.
How this course will help your career
The LEF encompasses three domains, 11 dimensions and 41 descriptors, which combined, offers a comprehensive selection of knowledge, skills, experiences and behaviours (KSEB) that will enhance leadership performance at any rank or grade.
