This course provides you with an awareness of the United Kingdom Procurement Regulations applicable to public sector procurement. Offering you an understanding of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) and the Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations (DSPCR), their impact on public sector procurement, the key differences between them and when it’s applicable to use them.
This course will also help you to understand the impact of Brexit for MOD and Civil service procurement.
You will learn/develop:
