About this course

This course runs for five days immediately following the Commissioning Course Short at RMAS and aims to resource Chaplains for their imminent arrival in their first unit.

*Meetings and discussion with your Bde Snr Chaplain
*How Defence Compassionate and Casualty procedures work and place of the chaplain within them
*Gain an understanding of ethics in command
*An introduction to Character Development Sessions
*An opportunity to research, develop and deliver a Character Development Session

The course sits with the RAChD training pathway and aims to resource Chaplains to deliver the best service possible to their units, with the confidence of knowing their immediate and higher chaplaincy chain of command will support them.
