Transition: RAChD (Regular) Mod C

This is a reflective course for chaplains drawing towards of their first unit assignment or just getting started in their second. It aims to reflect upon lessons learned so far and consider some of the challenges the next phase of vocation within the Army will bring.

*Consideration of different approaches to routine and critical incidents
*Reflections using pictorial theology
*About support networks and spirituality
*How to appropriately challenge the CoC when required
*About the joys and sorrows of team working
*An insight into how MOD Chaps (A) works
*An experience of chaplaincy in a training environment
*An introduction to spiritual resilience

The course sits with the RAChD training pathway and aims to broaden Chaplains understanding of ministry with the RAChD.
